Queenie Shares Message as Abu Trica Awaits Court Hearing

Queenie, the wife of Ghanaian businessman Frederick Kumi, popularly known as Abu Trica, has shared an encouraging message about faith and perseverance as her husband remains in custody over an alleged international romance fraud scheme.

In a recent TikTok post, Queenie shared a video showing a man standing beside a car outside a high-rise building. The video carried a message about finding strength during difficult moments.

“God may not change your situation overnight, but He can give you the strength to survive it until your breakthrough comes,” she wrote.

Her post comes amid the ongoing legal challenges facing Abu Trica, who is awaiting his next court appearance in the United States.

He was arrested in Ghana on December 11, 2025, over allegations linking him to an international criminal network accused of targeting elderly Americans through romance scams.

US prosecutors allege that the network defrauded victims of more than $8 million. Abu Trica, however, has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.

He is scheduled to appear for a status conference on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, as the legal proceedings continue.
