On the Third Day of Shooting Love in Every Word,BamBam Fainted; We Went on a Break for 3 Weeks—Arukwe

Nollywood actor Uzor Arukwe has recounted how an unexpected medical emergency involving actress BamBam disrupted the production of Love in Every Word, forcing the crew to suspend filming for approximately three weeks.

Arukwe shared the experience during an interview on CreativiTea with Linda on Thursday, October 29, 2026, while discussing the challenges encountered during the production of the romantic drama.

The actor explained that his initial engagement for the project was expected to last only three days. However, the volume of scenes scheduled for filming made the assignment more demanding than anticipated.

According to Arukwe, the movie featured approximately 100 scenes, but the production team had completed only about 20 by the third day. The situation became more complicated when BamBam, who played the female lead, suddenly fainted while filming was underway.

The actress was reportedly taken to a hospital for medical attention, prompting the crew to put production on hold until she could recover. The interruption lasted about three weeks before filming resumed.

Recounting the incident, Arukwe said, “On the third day of shooting Love in Every Word, BamBam fainted. We had to go on a break for about three weeks.” His account sheds light on the difficulties that can arise during film production, particularly when tight schedules collide with unexpected health emergencies involving principal cast members.

Despite the setback, Love in Every Word went on to attract significant attention from movie audiences, helping to increase Arukwe’s visibility within Nigeria’s entertainment industry. The film’s reception marked an important point in the actor’s career, bringing his performance to a wider audience and strengthening his recognition among Nollywood viewers.
