SHS Graduate Tragically Killed After Alighting From Vehicle to Urinate on Kumasi-Bibiani Road

Afful Beatrice, a young aspiring entrepreneur from Ghana’s Western North Region, has reportedly lost her life in an accident on the Kumasi-Bibiani highway.

Beatrice was a native of Kwasikrom in the Sefwi Akontombra District. Having completed Senior High School not long ago, she had begun trading in dresses as she worked towards establishing herself financially.

Dunkwa TV reported that she had travelled to Kumasi to purchase stock for her business. Tragically, the accident occurred on her return journey.

According to reports, Beatrice asked the driver to pull over so she could relieve herself. After stepping out of the vehicle, she was hit by a car approaching from the opposite direction. The impact reportedly caused injuries that led to her death.

Her passing has brought sadness to relatives, friends and residents of her community, who are mourning the loss of a young woman with strong ambitions and a determination to make a living through trade.

The tragedy highlights the risks faced by road users on busy highways and reinforces the importance of taking precautions to protect motorists and pedestrians.
