Gachagua Set for KTN Interview Tonight as Kenyans Await His Remarks

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is expected to appear on KTN News Kenya tonight, Wednesday, October 28, at 7:30 pm, in an interview that could draw attention from Kenyans following the country’s political developments.

The interview will be aired on KTN News Kenya and KTN Home, giving viewers an opportunity to follow the discussion and hear directly from the Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) leader.

Gachagua remains a key figure in Kenya’s opposition politics following his fallout with President William Ruto and his removal from office in October 2024. The Senate upheld his impeachment, bringing his tenure as Deputy President to an end.

Since leaving office, Gachagua has continued to participate in political activities and engage with leaders as the country moves closer to the 2027 General Election.

His appearance on KTN comes at a time when political alliances, opposition unity and the direction of the country’s leadership are attracting public attention. Kenyans will be keen to hear his views on the current political situation and the issues he chooses to address during the interview.

The discussion could also provide an opportunity for Gachagua to explain his political position and respond to questions surrounding his role in the opposition. However, the specific subjects to be covered during the interview have not been confirmed.

Gachagua political journey has remained a subject of public discussion since his relationship with President Ruto deteriorated. His impeachment marked a major turning point in his political career and reshaped his position in the country’s leadership.

With the 2027 elections approaching, statements by political leaders are likely to attract interest as parties consider their strategies and possible partnerships.

Kenyans who wish to follow the interview can tune in to KTN News Kenya or KTN Home from 7:30 pm tonight.

The key details and reactions emerging from the discussion can be assessed after the interview airs.
