Da Cruz Reveals What Kaizer Chiefs Star Duba Must Improve to Reach Bafana Bafana

Da Cruz has expressed confidence in Kaizer Chiefs youngster Duba, suggesting that the talented player has the potential to represent South Africa’s senior national team, Bafana Bafana, in the future.

The young footballer has attracted attention through his performances for the Soweto-based club, with his development becoming an encouraging sign for supporters who believe he can establish himself as an important figure in the team.

Da Cruz believes Duba possesses the qualities needed to progress further in his football career. However, he has also highlighted the importance of maintaining consistent performances, particularly as the youngster continues to gain experience at the highest level.

Speaking about the player’s development, Da Cruz said, “I am very happy for Duba; he is a young player, and so sometimes he has a lot of ups and downs. He must improve his consistency,” Da Cruz noted.

His comments reflect the challenges young footballers often face while trying to establish themselves in competitive professional football. Although talent and potential are important, maintaining a high standard of performance from one match to another is equally essential for long-term success.

For Duba, improving his consistency could be a significant step towards earning greater recognition at both club and international levels. Regularly delivering strong performances would help him strengthen his position at Kaizer Chiefs while attracting the attention of national team selectors.

Representing Bafana Bafana would be a major achievement for the youngster, considering the competition for places in South Africa’s national squad. Players hoping to earn international opportunities must demonstrate their abilities consistently and prove that they can perform under pressure.

Kaizer Chiefs supporters will be hoping that Duba continues to develop and makes the most of the opportunities available to him. His progress could become an important part of the club’s efforts to build a competitive squad capable of challenging for major honours.

Da Cruz’s assessment offers encouragement while making it clear that further improvement remains necessary. Duba has the potential to reach greater heights, but his ability to maintain consistent performances will play a crucial role in determining how far he can go.

As his career progresses, the young player will need to remain focused, work on the areas requiring improvement and continue demonstrating his value whenever he takes to the pitch.
