When Tinubu Arrived in Kaduna. There Were More People On The Road Than In The Stadium – Izunaso
According to a recent video by TVC News on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, Senator Osita Izunaso, Director of the Directorate of Organisation of the PBAT APC 2027 Presidential Campaign Council, has said that from the moment Mr President arrived in Kaduna, we had more people on the roads welcoming him than we had inside the stadium. The crowds along the roads were impressive, he stated.
Izunaso made the remark during an interview on TVC Breakfast, where he discussed the All Progressives Congress (APC) flag-off rally held in Kaduna State ahead of the 2027 general elections.
He explained that the stadium was filled to capacity as early as 7 a.m., with 95 per cent of attendees coming from Kaduna State, while other states only sent representatives because the party intends to visit every state of the federation.
The senator emphasised that the rally’s success demonstrated the love Nigerians have for the party and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He noted that the crowd consisted mainly of party members and supporters, with no schoolchildren present.
Izunaso described the Kaduna outing as a very good beginning and expressed confidence that the APC would secure its highest number of votes from the North-West, citing the support of all seven APC governors in the zone, who are serving governors.
His words: โ From the moment Mr President arrived in Kaduna, we had more people on the roads welcoming him than we had inside the stadium. The crowds along the roads were impressiveโ.
