We Will Never Take Economic Advice From NPP – NDC Communicator
A member of the NDC Communications Team, Delali Serwoepkor, has stated that the NDC will never take economic advice from the NPP.
According to her, the NPP has no moral right to advise anyone when it comes to managing Ghana’s economy.
Speaking on the current state of the economy, Delali said the NPP destroyed the economy during their time in power and left Ghana in serious hardship. She argued that it is therefore laughable for the same people to now try to give advice to the NDC government.
“We will never take economic advice from NPP,” she boldly declared.
She explained that under the NPP government, Ghanaians suffered from high inflation, a weak cedi, high cost of living, and heavy debt. She said the NDC is now working hard to fix the mess the NPP left behind and does not need lectures from those who caused the problem.
Delali added that the NDC government under President Mahama is focused on rebuilding the economy through policies like GoldBod and the 24-hour economy, and will not be distracted by NPP’s criticism.
Her comment has sparked reactions online, with NDC supporters praising her for speaking the truth, while NPP supporters say the NDC should be humble and listen to good advice no matter where it comes from.
For now, Delali insists the NDC knows what it is doing and will not take any economic lessons from the NPP.
