While Gachagua has toured various parts of the country to popularize his Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP), the three towns have never featured in his schedule, raising speculation about the reasons behind the omission.

As he heads to Rongai, locals in the neighbouring towns are now asking: Why Rongai, but not Matasia, Ngong and Embul-Bul?

“As the Thursday tour approaches, will Gachagua address these concerns, or will the questions remain unanswered?” a resident posed.

The Rongai tour is expected to attract significant attention as Gachagua seeks to consolidate support for his new party ahead of the 2027 general elections. However, the exclusion of the three towns continues to fuel debate among residents and political observers in Kajiado County.

Supporters in Matasia, Ngong and Embul-Bul say they are waiting for their turn to host the DCP leader and engage him on issues affecting their communities.
