Mr Agbana observed that in contests involving multiple aspirants, the combined votes of those who lost could exceed the votes secured by the winner, making reconciliation and inclusive leadership essential.
He announced plans for a reconciliation meeting to bring the contestants together and cautioned supporters against inflammatory comments on social media and other platforms that could create divisions within the party.
He expressed confidence that the new executives would help the NDC achieve its target of securing more than 90 per cent of votes in the constituency during the 2028 general elections.
Mr Bismark Adrigbate, the outgoing Constituency Chairman, also appealed to the winners and losers to unite behind a common goal to strengthen the party and secure victory in future elections.
Mr Tovor thanked the delegates for electing him, saying the outcome reflected the work he had done for the party.
