Previous NPP gov’t laid groundwork for TOR’s recovery – Kwadwo Nsafoah Poku

The Co-chair of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Energy Committee, Kwadwo Nsafoah Poku, has attributed part of the Tema Oil Refinery’s (TOR) operational recovery to a storage agreement with Sentuo Oil Refinery introduced under the previous NPP administration in 2024.
