Good News To Sifuna As DCP Leader Announces This Ahead Of 2027

Days after meeting Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP) leader Rigathi Gachagua after landing in the country from United States, Edwin Sifuna has received good news from Wamunyoro in his journey to the state house. This is after, DCP deputy party leader Cleophas Malala announced that the party will be backing senator Sifuna’s Presidential bid in the upcoming general election.

“Gachagua and I have agreed that Sifuna will be our 2027 presidential candidate,” DCP deputy party leader announced. According to Sifuna, the two have decided to settle on The Equitable Party (TEP) leader to be the flag bearer for the next election who will now face Presidential William Ruto. The support that could see the senator get the support especially from Mt Kenya region where Gachagua has massive support.

It now remains for the confirmation from the DCP leader about this endorsement that could brighten presidential journey for Edwin Sifuna who enjoys massive support from Western region and among the genz across the country.

Today, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is visiting Wamunyoro in what has been predicted as the turning point for opposition. According to Malala, Kalonzo is going to be convinced to support Edwin Sifuna for presidency in the next general election. If Kalonzo will agree, then it could be one of the toughest election we are going to experience between President Ruto and Edwin Sifuna.
