Gogo Skhotheni’s before-and-after surgery video resurfaces and draws mockery

A video showing the before-and-after transformation of South African traditional healer and reality television personality Gogo Skhotheni following cosmetic surgery procedures in Turkey has resurfaced on social media, prompting widespread mockery. The footage highlights changes to her appearance after procedures reportedly including liposuction and a tummy tuck. Some users have joked that she bought herself a new body, while others have described the transformation as one of the biggest scams in the country.

What the post does not settle is exactly which procedures she underwent, since the post says they reportedly included liposuction and a tummy tuck but does not confirm the full list. The post also does not say when the surgery took place or whether she has commented on the latest reactions. Those details matter because they would establish the scope of her transformation. Without them, the footage shows only the before-and-after images, and the claims about the procedures remain reported rather than confirmed.

Some viewers joked that she bought herself a new body, with some finding the transformation funny and others saying the mockery had gone too far. Some described the change as one of the biggest scams in the country and compared her with other public figures who have undergone cosmetic enhancements, while others said she was entitled to change her appearance as she chose.

What has not been settled is whether Gogo Skhotheni has responded to the latest mockery or explained her decision to have the surgery. The post does not establish exactly which procedures she underwent or whether she has commented since the video resurfaced. The public is waiting for more information, because the reaction has centred on her appearance without any fresh statement from her about the surgery.
