Wife Of President Tinubu Fed The President During Inauguration Of APC Presidential Campaign — Ardo

The convener of the League of Northern Democrats, Dr. Umar Ardo, recalled what caught his attention when the APC presidential campaign was inaugurated in Kaduna State, saying he saw the first lady, Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of the president, feeding President Bola Tinubu.

Speaking in an interview with Channels Television, Ardo made this statement when he was asked to respond to what happened when President Tinubu was in Kaduna during the APC’s rally for the 2027 presidential election.

He replied that he watched the program very keenly, and two things caught his attention, one caught his eye, and the other one caught his ear. He noted one that caught his eye was like a romantic act that only a keen eye would see, and he saw it.

He said the first lady fed President Tinubu, noting he does not think many saw it, but he saw it as the camera was on it, though they did not zoom on it, but he saw it when he turned and opened his mouth and she fed him with something.

Although he said he does not know whatever it is, this caught his eye, and to him that was the most notable aspect of the event. He said what caught his ear was the speech of vice president Kashim Shettima.

He said Shettima reiterated that the north should not betray Tinubu, and now it is time to repay Tinubu, who was responsible for supporting northerners.

However, he said Shettima said something he does not agree with when he said Bola Tinubu masterminded the formation of APC, insisting he did not mastermind it and that he masterminded it.

In his statement, “The one that caught my eye was like a romantic act. Only a keen eye would see that, and I saw it. The first lady, the wife of the president, fed the president. She held something and then she turned like that.”

“But I don’t think many saw it, but I saw it. The camera was on it. They didn’t zoom on it, but I saw it. He turned like this and opened his mouth, and she fed him with something. I don’t know, whatever it is. That caught my eye. That was the most notable aspect of it.”
