Frank Gavor Elected NDC Chairman in Ayawaso West Wuogon With 647 Votes

Frank Gavor has been elected Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency after securing 647 votes in the party’s constituency executive elections.

Gavor’s victory marks a significant development in the party’s leadership structure within the constituency as the NDC continues to reorganise its grassroots administration.

His election gives him the responsibility of leading the constituency executives and coordinating activities aimed at strengthening the party’s presence among members and supporters.

As constituency chairman, Gavor is expected to work with other elected executives to mobilise party members, organise local political activities and maintain communication between the constituency and the party’s regional and national leadership.

The constituency executive elections form part of the NDC’s internal processes to select leaders who will manage the party’s affairs at the local level.

These executives play an important role in grassroots mobilisation, membership engagement and preparations for future electoral contests.

Gavor’s 647 votes represent the support he received from delegates who participated in the election. The result places him at the head of the party’s constituency structure, where cooperation with other executives will be important in carrying out their responsibilities.

The Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency remains an important political area in Greater Accra, making the organisation and effectiveness of the NDC’s local leadership a key consideration for the party.

Following his election, attention will turn to how Gavor and his team work to strengthen internal cooperation, engage supporters and advance the party’s organisational objectives.

The outcome also forms part of the wider process through which the NDC is selecting constituency executives to oversee its structures and activities across the country.
