Vision FC struck three times in the first half through Sherif Mohammed Iddrisu and Setsifia Aqetey to end their six-match winless run and climb out of the relegation zone.

Iddrisu opened the scoring 12 minutes into the game before Aqetey doubled the visitors’ advantage five minutes later.

Iddrisu then completed his brace in the 26th minute, handing Vision a commanding three-goal lead before the break.

Aqetey had the opportunity to add to his tally and make it four, but Dreams goalkeeper Ransford Sarkodie came to the hosts’ rescue with a timely save.

Dreams pulled one back through an own goal by Ibrahim Larbi, but the consolation proved insufficient to prevent the Still Believe from suffering their fifth defeat of the campaign.

For Vision FC, the victory offers a timely boost as they look to build on their impressive performance when they host league debutants Port City in their next fixture.

Dreams FC, meanwhile, remain rooted to the bottom of the league standings and will be desperate to turn their fortunes around when they travel to face Basake Holy Stars next.
