Several reactions have trailed the comment that was made by the fomer Vice President of Nigeria and ADC presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar after some police officers were seen allegedly guiding the billboards of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The statement of Atiku Abubakar was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle on October 23, 2026.

In the statement that surfaced online, Atiku Abubakar said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is guiding his billboards in Kaduna state while terrorists are attacking villages and communities in the country.

The former Vice President of Nigeria stated that Tinubu’s posters are enjoying the protection that Nigerians are entitled to.

“Bola, you claim Nigerians love you, yet your billboards in Kaduna require security guards. Bandits raid villages, terrorists attack communities, and families live in fear. Your posters enjoy protection that millions of Nigerians can only dream of”.
