Mussa Dankwah Reacts After Martin Kpebu Says NDC Will Win 2028 but with a Drastically Reduced Vote

The CEO of Global InfoAnalytics, Mussa Dankwah, has reacted to a claim by private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu about the 2028 general election. Mr Kpebu said the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will win the 2028 election, but that its vote will decrease drastically.

Mr Dankwah shared the claim on his official Facebook page on Saturday, October 24, 2026. He asked whether it holds up against current polling data.

“Is this the case per the current polling data? Can someone help us or I should tell you what the numbers say?” he wrote.

He then invited the public to test the claim with a simple model. He proposed 19.3 million registered voters, a 70 percent turnout and a 3 percent spoilt ballot rate. He also asked analysts to apply the September 2026 poll figures to the different scenarios.

Under these assumptions, about 13.5 million people would vote. After removing spoilt ballots, roughly 13.1 million valid votes would remain. Analysts can then apply the poll shares for each party to see how many votes each would win.

The post comes as Mr Dankwah’s earlier work points to a difficult road for the opposition. In March 2026, his tracking poll showed that 46 percent of voters identified with the NDC, against 25 percent for the New Patriotic Party (NPP). His June 2026 constituency poll in Sissala East also showed that NDC presidential support had fallen by 16 to 21 percentage points from its 2024 result.

Mr Kpebu has previously said the next president will come from the NDC. He argued that the NPP cannot win back the votes it needs within four years.

Mr Dankwah has not yet shared his own figures. His post invites the public to run the numbers and join the debate. Political analysts and the public will now be waiting to see what the data shows.
