Sarkodie Praises Tracy’s Intelligence, Says Family Comes First

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has spoken warmly about his wife, Tracy Addo, describing her intelligence as a remarkable quality that continues to impress him.

During an appearance on the When We Sit with Serwaa Amihere podcast, the musician said Tracy, popularly known as Tracy Sarkcess, possesses an intellect he considers her “superpower.”

According to Sarkodie, while his wife regards her abilities as ordinary, he sees them as exceptional. He lightheartedly admitted that her intelligence can sometimes be “scary.”

Reflecting on their relationship, he joked that he had made his position clear early on: “Tracy is extremely intelligent. When I met her, I made her understand that she can’t come and boss me around.”

Beyond the humor, the rapper expressed admiration for the combination of intelligence and grace his wife brings to their relationship.

Sarkodie also emphasized his devotion to his family, saying they take priority over everything else in his life.

The couple grew up in the same neighborhood in Community 9, Tema, and maintained a long relationship before marrying in 2018. They have two children together.

Tracy has previously attributed her support for Sarkodie during his early career to his determination and clear vision for the future. His latest comments offered a glimpse into the affection and respect that underpin their relationship.
