Sad Video of Kwame Dzokoto’s Final Moments at Tarkwa Radio Station Surfaces Online

Video footage capturing the final moments of late actor and politician Seth Kwame Dzokoto at Owass Radio in Tarkwa has emerged, showing him participating in a live discussion shortly before he reportedly collapsed.

The footage, sighted by GhanaWeb on Facebook on October 22, 2026, showed Dzokoto, a prominent member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), discussing issues of national interest, with particular attention to matters concerning the previous Akufo-Addo administration.

During the discussion, Dzokoto appeared to be experiencing discomfort. At one point, he picked up a bottle of water and handed it to another panelist to help him open the lid.

The video later cut to the programme’s host, who was heard asking Dzokoto a follow-up question about his contribution to the discussion.

However, the broadcast came to an abrupt end after Dzokoto reportedly collapsed while attempting to respond to the question.

The incident is believed to have prompted the sudden termination of the programme.

Multiple media reports indicate that Dzokoto was subsequently rushed to a hospital in Tarkwa, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Dzokoto, who was known for his work in entertainment and politics, had also been the subject of previous reports concerning efforts to secure overseas medical treatment for him when he was unwell.
