Sabina Chege warns Ruto against forcefully taking over county projects

Nominated Member of Parliament (MP) Sabina Chege has warned against attempts by the national government to take over functions assigned to county governments, saying development projects should not become a political contest.Chege said the Constitution clearly defines the functions of the two levels of government, including healthcare, agriculture and water, and called for cooperation instead of political rivalry.
