Sarkodie Steps In to Help Woman Pushed by Security in Kumasi Crowd

Sarkodie briefly intervened to assist a woman who was pushed by a member of his security team as fans crowded around him in Kumasi.

The rapper was moving through the Ashanti Regional capital ahead of his upcoming Rapperholic concert when a crowd gathered around him, apparently hoping to catch a glimpse of the music star.

With the crowd closing in, his security personnel tried to create a path for him to move through. In the process, one of them shoved a woman who was in the way.

Sarkodie appeared to notice what had happened and stopped to check on her rather than simply continuing with his entourage. He then allowed the woman to walk ahead of him as they continued their journey, seemingly to ensure she would not be pushed again.

The moment, captured in a video circulating on social media, has caught the attention of fans, with many praising the rapper for stopping to help the woman despite the commotion around him. The gesture has been widely commended as a display of consideration and respect for his supporters.

The incident comes as anticipation builds for Sarkodie’s Rapperholic concert, one of the most anticipated events on Ghana’s music calendar. His presence in Kumasi ahead of the show has generated considerable excitement among fans in the Ashanti Region.

The video has since sparked conversations online, with many social media users highlighting the rapper’s humility and quick response to the situation. Some fans described the moment as a reflection of his character beyond the stage, while others urged security teams to exercise more care when managing crowds around public figures.

Sarkodie has yet to comment publicly on the incident, but the video continues to circulate widely, drawing praise for his actions.
