Predrag Jaredic resigns as Vision FC head coach after poor start

Montenegrin tactician Predrag Jaredic has resigned as head coach of Vision FC with immediate effect following a difficult start to the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.

The club confirmed his departure in a statement released on Tuesday morning, thanking the coach for his service and wishing him well in his future endeavours.

Jaredic was appointed only a few months before the start of the campaign, taking over from Nana Kweku Agyemang as Vision FC prepared for the new season.

However, his time in charge has been marked by inconsistent results, with the club managing just one victory in their opening eight league matches.

His only win came on September 5, when Vision FC defeated Young Apostles on the opening day and have suffered three defeats and drawn three of their subsequent league fixtures.

Jaredic’s final match was a 1-0 home defeat to Hearts of Oak over the weekend, with consecutive losses in their last two games preceding his resignation.

Vision FC will now look to regroup as they seek to improve, patch up all cracks to find their feet in the ongoing season.
