The brother of a pair of conjoined Ecuadorian influencers has paid tribute after they died aged 27 when one suffered a heart attack.

They were also avid posters on TikTok where they had over 835,000 followers.
JosĂ© Luis and JosĂ© Armando Cevallosâ family had broken the news of their loss in a statement posted to Instagram.
They said: âTheir story, their smiles, and their outlook on life left an indelible mark on many hearts.â
According to Fernando Carrillo, a close friend of the twins who spoke to Y Ahora Sonsoles, the brothers were hospitalised after Luis suffered a heart attack.
Despite being able to stabilise his condition, tragically, Cevallos also had a heart attack just minutes later and the pair passed away.
He added that Luid first began to feel unwell and that he had to throw up, prompting the pair to be taken to the hospital.
DamiĂĄn, the brother of the two, has since issued his heartbreaking statement in light of their untimely deaths.
He told Y Ahora Sonsoles that the last time he spoke with his brothers was either on October 13 or 14, just a day or two before they passed away.
He said this was because they had asked if he could purchase medication for them.
DamiĂĄn went on to reveal his parents are 'devastated' by their loss.
He said: âI have no words to describe how my parents feel.â
The familyâs full statement â which has been translated from Spanish â revealed the impact of the twins as it said: âWe sincerely thank everyone who supported them, believed in them, and was part of every achievement.
âThank you for accompanying them in making their dreams a reality and for giving them so much love along the way.
âTheir legacy will live on in a phrase that always represented them: âWhere thereâs a will, thereâs a way, and disability is no impediment to being happy.ââ
The last post that came from the pair's social media accounts was dated on October 12, where they posted a workout routine with them being able to stand upright with the help of a wall.
Since news broke of their deaths, another statement has come from the brothers' team, who posted a plea for people to stop spreading 'misinformation'.
The translated post reads: "The team of Los Siameses del Ecuador, together with the family and with their express authorisation, informs the public that, in light of the circulation of videos and stories following the deaths of José Armando and José Luis, we call for responsibility and respect."
It adds: "We reject the spread of rumours, unverified information and statements made out of context that only generate misinformation and pain. The only official and verified information will be that published through the official social media accounts of @SiamesesdelEcuador."
It concludes: "We ask for respect for the memory of José Armando and José Luis, and for the difficult time their families and loved ones are going through. We appreciate your understanding, solidarity and respect."
