Tess Daly and ex husband Vernon Kay reunited to throw their lookalike daughter Phoebe an extravagant 22nd birthday party in London over the weekend.

The former Strictly host, 57, and the BBC Radio 2 DJ, 52, proved they are still on good terms as they spent time together at the bash following their split in May.

Tess and Vernon pulled out all the stops for their eldest daughter as she enjoyed the wild night with pals at The BoTree hotel in London.

Phoebe was treated to a personalised cocktail menu which featured The Phoebe Spritz as well as her own canape menu complete with truffle French fries, caprese skewer and beef sliders.

The birthday girl made sure to dress to impress in a daring black plunging lace bodysuit which boasted matching sheer lace trousers.

She elevated her frame in a pair of gold heels and accessorised by layering a series of gold necklaces.

The influencer looked to be having the time of her life as she sipped on a cocktail before blowing out the candles on her strawberry birthday cake alongside a pal, whom she seemed to share the bash with.

Meanwhile Tess put on a leggy display in a stylish patterned minidress which featured a V-neckline and long sleeves.

Styling her blonde locks loose, the former BBC presenter kept comfortable in a pair of stylish gold ankle boots.

Meanwhile Vernon, who was dressed in all black with blue trainers, took to the DJ decks to perform for guests.

Phoebe wrote: ‘Birthday bash for the books. The best evening celebrating with all my favourite people and family. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting than @the_botree truly one to remember’.

Tess and Vernon are also proud parents to daughter Amber, 17, who was noticeably absent from the bash.

Over the weekend, Vernon shared a plethora of sweet throwback snaps for daughter Phoebe’s birthday, featuring his estranged wife Tess in her younger years.

The radio presenter also uploaded a recent snap of himself and Phoebe at an NFL game, and a throwback of them in the past, as well as a cute image of Phoebe and younger sister Amber, 17, when they were very young.

Captioning his post, Vernon penned: ‘Happy Birthday @phoebeekay!!! Time flies!! A joy watching you become the woman you are!’ to which Tess replied writing: ‘Our baby.’

The former Strictly Come Dancing host herself took to Instagram to share a heartwarming message for her eldest child, as well as a selection of images of Phoebe and them together.

She also re-shared a post from Phoebe in which she showed off her presents and praised her loving family.

Tess shared: ‘Happy Birthday to my beautiful Phoebe. I’m so incredibly proud of the kind, caring and beautiful soul you are.

‘Your big heart and the love you show others make you truly special. Never stop shining, chasing your dreams and staying true to yourself.

‘So lucky to be your mum and forever cheering you on. Love you more than words can say.’

It comes after Tess returned from the south of France where she holidayed with her ex Vernon and their daughters Phoebe and Amber, 17.

Fans praised Tess and Vernon’s close friendship in the comments after they amicably announced their split five months ago.

‘Love that you’re all together, hope you’ve had an amazing time,’ one user wrote.

Georgia Toffolo also commended: ‘Love that you all stick together. So cool and inspirational.’

Tess captioned her fun-filled holiday album: ‘Last blast of South of France summer with the fam.’

In August, it was reported that Vernon has bought a property just 15 minutes away from his family home as he continues to work out his split from Tess.

The BBC Radio 2 DJ is still living with his ex-wife but is said to be preparing to move out into his new home down the road.

Sources say Vernon is keen to stay near ex-Strictly host Tess and their two daughters.

The house, which is apparently worth £3million and includes a swimming pool and sprawling grounds, is undergoing renovations.

Vernon and Tess announced they were separating after 23 years of marriage in May but have remained friends.

In a joint announcement, the pair said they had reached a mutual agreement to go their separate ways.

They wrote: ‘After much consideration, and with a deep sense of care and respect for one another, we have made the decision to separate amicably.

‘This has not been an easy choice, but it comes from a place of mutual understanding and a shared desire of what is best for both of us.

‘We remain great friends and, most importantly, fully committed to our roles as loving and supportive parents, which will always be our priority. There are no other parties involved in this decision. We kindly ask for privacy during this time.

‘We will not be making any further public comments.’
