Orengo Missing as Full List of Linda Mwananchi Leaders Who’ve Met Gachagua Including Sifuna Surface

Democracy for the Citizens Party leader Rigathi Gachagua has hosted a high-profile meeting with the Linda Mwananchi brigade at his Wamunyoro residence in Nyeri County, just hours after returning to Kenya from the United States.

This strategic gathering has sparked widespread political discussions, signaling fresh realignments ahead of the 2027 General Election.

The full list of attendees from the delegation has featured prominent figures, including Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna, Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, Vihiga Senator Godfrey Osotsi, and Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya.

Other notable personalities who have attended include MP Kalasinga, MP Wamboka, MP Engoko, Senator Crystal Asige, LSK President Faith Odhiambo, and political analyst Pauline Njoroge.

The presence of these influential figures has highlighted a strong, unified attempt to address key national issues jointly.

However, the noticeable absence of Siaya Governor James Orengo, a veteran politician and senior figure within the Linda Mwananchi movement, has raised eyebrows among political analysts.

His failure to appear at the Wamunyoro consultative meeting has fueled speculation regarding his political standing and potential ideological differences emerging within the opposition coalition.

The closed-door consultations have concluded with anticipation building across the political spectrum, as details of their deliberations and agreed resolutions are set to be released at any time.

By hosting such a diverse coalition immediately upon landing back on home soil, Gachagua has demonstrated his clear intention to consolidate opposition strength and build a formidable political front.

This high-stakes meeting has set the tone for an intense new phase in the country’s evolving political landscape.
