DJ and socialite Cyan Boujee has announced a break from social media after a fiery online exchange with singer MaWhoo.
The public spat between the two stars erupted over their involvement with a high-profile businessman. Their feud saw them flaunting substantial gifts from the businessman, including lavish houses.
“You own the houses on IG, I own the view in real life,” Cyan wrote on her Instagram stories.
“He bought me three homes cash under my name. We talk title deeds, no fake rented houses,” MaWhoo wrote.
The drama escalated as Cyan went live on TikTok on Monday speaking about the matter. “I’m not afraid of that girl. I am young; men like [young women]. She must try My Sol. There’s a lot of men out there,” she said.
“While he’s busy calling and asking me questions, I ask him why he’s been cheating on me. He messed with the wrong one. He’s mine.”

“I’ve worked incredibly hard on myself as a person, and I’m disappointed that I allowed one situation to bring out a version of myself I’ve been trying to outgrow,” she said.
“I’m choosing to step away from social media for a little while to reflect, grow and focus on the things that truly matter to me.
“This chapter of my life is incredibly important to me, and I owe it to myself to protect my peace and continue becoming the woman I’ve worked so hard to be.”
