More drama is officially in store for the residents of Maple Brook, Texas. Ahead of the season 2 premiere of The Hunting Wives on Netflix, the streaming platform announced that the show will receive a third season to continue the storylines of its main cast.

Showrunner and creator Rebecca Cutter promises a “bigger” world in season 3, with “really, really high” stakes for the characters.

“I’m so excited, the girls are so excited, we just love making this show. I’m super proud of how the scripts for season 3 are coming out,” she told Tudum in a statement. “I’m so stoked to be heading back to Maple Brook, and I promise that once you’ve finished season 2, you’ll be desperate to see what happens next. Buckle up, because season 3 will be even more scandalous and twisted.”

Here’s everything we know about The Hunting Wives season 3.

Season 2 has not arrived on Netflix yet, so fans will have to wait and see how the season’s running plot and finale will set the stage for next season.

No returning cast members have been confirmed yet, but fans will hope to see Brittany Snow, Malin Ă…kerman, Jaime Ray Newman, Dermot Mulroney, Evan Jonigkeit, George Ferrier, Karen Rodriguez, and Hunter Emery returning to their roles.

The main cast hasn’t said much about season 3 of The Hunting Wives, but Mulroney let it slip that the team was already in the writers’ room working on plots.

“Season 3 is in prep,” he said during a May 2026 episode of The Tangle With Kyle Ridley. “I think they got writers in the room, and they’re cooking up a third season already.”

There is no release date for season 3 yet. Season 2 will premiere on Netflix on November 26, one year and four months after the arrival of its first season.
