Shoaib Nasir – Published October 19, 2026 – Updated October 19, 2026 – 3 min read Share Facebook WhatsApp Pinterest Twitter The itel S25 price in Pakistan is Rs. 31,499 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB model. This is the official-warranty price on WhatMobile’s list, updated on 19 October 2026. The phone launched in Pakistan on 13 December 2024. It has a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen, a 50MP main camera and a 5000mAh battery.
itel announced the S25 at Rs. 29,999 at its Karachi launch event. On 8 November 2025, itel sent dealers a notice raising the price by Rs. 1,500 to Rs. 31,499. The company gave no reason for the hike.
Shop prices can differ from the official price. Some price lists show anything from Rs. 28,299 to Rs. 33,499. Ask the seller for the price in writing.
itel sells the S25 as “up to 12GB RAM.” That is 6GB of real RAM plus 6GB of memory fusion. Memory fusion uses storage space as virtual RAM. It can help with app switching. It is not the same as 12GB of real RAM.
An 8GB version is listed in some global markets. Pakistan got only the 6GB + 128GB model.
Sources disagree. Two price sites mark the phone as discontinued in Pakistan. WhatMobile still lists an official-warranty price. Call your dealer and confirm stock before you travel to the shop.
Retail listings call the S25 PTA approved. Still, check the IMEI yourself. PTA advises this for every phone you buy.
The screen is the S25’s best point. AMOLED panels are rare at this price. The 32MP selfie camera and 3.5mm jack are also useful.
The phone has no 5G. Charging tops out at 18W. The Unisoc T620 suits daily use, not heavy gaming.
NFC support depends on the market, so test it in the shop if you need tap-to-pay. Listings also disagree on microSD support, so ask the seller to confirm. Keep the invoice and warranty card. Check that the box IMEI matches the phone.
Retail listings say yes. Verify the IMEI through 8484 before buying.
What is the itel S25 launch price in Pakistan? Rs. 29,999.
