Petrol now costs Rs381.14 per litre, diesel Rs389.27 per litre after price cut

The government has reduced the price of petrol by Rs5.16 per litre and high-speed diesel by Rs7.69 per litre under the daily pricing mechanism.

The new petrol price has been set at Rs381.14 per litre, while the revised price of diesel is Rs389.27 per litre.

Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has issued a notification regarding the new fuel prices. The revised rates will take effect on October 20.

In international market, gold price remained unchanged at $4,165 per ounce
