Former Kurnool MLA’s Son’s Body Reaches City From USA

KURNOOL: The mortal remains of PV Kiran (41), son of former Kurnool MLA MA Gafoor, arrived in Kurnool after he died of a heart attack in the United States on October 1. Kiran, who was working as a software engineer in the US, was brought back to India with the support of members of the Telugu Association of North America (TANA).

His mortal remains were first taken to the CPM district office in Kurnool, where leaders cutting across party lines and members of the public paid their last respects.

According to sources, Kiran’s last rites are likely to be performed on Tuesday.
