Bon Jovi have been announced as the first headliners for British Summer Time Festival 2027.
Taking place in Londonâs Hyde Park, next yearâs event will play host to the US rock band 14 years since they first opened the festival.
It comes after the band concluded their latest stadium tour in support of recent album Forever (Legendary Edition), which featured all-star contributions from artists such as Bruce Springsteen and Robbie Williams.
âWe have a storied history with performing at Hyde Park on previous tours and itâs a full circle moment to be returning to BST Hyde Park, 14 years after headlining the very first festival,â frontman Jon Bon Jovi said in a statement.
âThe Forever Tour has been an incredible celebration of the music and the fans who have been with us all these years. Thereâs nothing quite like the energy of a UK crowd, and the joy and excitement we shared with our fans this summer was something truly special.
âTo bring that energy back to Hyde Park means a lot to us. Weâre grateful for every one of you and canât wait to make more memories together.â
Bon Jovi will headline BST Hyde Park on Thursday 24 June 2027.
Tickets go on general sale on Friday 23 October at 10am BST, with three pre-sales taking place from today (19 October) at 1pm.
As part of their run of stadium shows this year, Bon Jovi played nine sold-out nights at Madison Square Garden in New York as well as gigs in Edinburgh and Dublin, before concluding with three sold-out nights at Londonâs Wembley Stadium.
Jim King, CEO of promoter AEG Presents UK and European Festivals, said: âBon Jovi helped launch BST Hyde Park in 2013, and itâs a pleasure to welcome them back. They are one of the defining rock bands of their generation, with an extraordinary catalogue of hits and a live show that remains as powerful and compelling as ever.

âThey continue to connect with audiences around the world, making this rare return to Hyde Park a genuinely special occasion.â
More names for the 2027 edition of BST Hyde Park will be announced soon.
In an interview with The Independent last year, Jon Bon Jovi admitted there were times when he thought his touring days were over as he underwent a risky but crucial surgery on one of his vocal chords when it atrophied at the end of the bandâs last tour in 2022.
âI didnât anticipate the surgery and I certainly didnât anticipate the recovery,â he said.
There were a number of occasions where he told the band he was ready to go back on the road, but was met with resistance from his bandmates who felt he wasnât well enough.
âIt [was] tough,â he said, âand there have been [other] days when Iâve said Iâm done, and they said, âNo, youâre not. Think of the progress youâve made since last month and the month before.ââ
