Attempt to mislead public through cosmetic measures in name of Indian Army upgradation

New Delhi: The Modi administration is presenting cosmetic measures undertaken in the name of a so-called “upgradation” of the Indian Army as a success.It is farcical for the Modi government to label initiatives such as the controversial Agniveer recruitment scheme, the production of AK-203 rifles and the introduction of new camouflage uniforms as an “upgradation.”
