Video: Super Eagles striker calls Barcelona star to take photo with a journalist

According to a post on Le Marca Sports official X account on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has been captured on video calling Barcelona star Lamine Yamal over to take a photograph with his journalist friend, Calister Ojonugwa Enejele (Cali Sports).

The incident occurred after Galatasaray’s 4-1 defeat to Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League.

In the video, Osimhen is seen calling Yamal over so that Enejele can take a picture with the Barcelona forward.

The Galatasaray striker then personally takes the photograph, helping his journalist friend capture the moment with the Spanish youngster.

Enejele, who covers football for FIFA and CAF, expressed his appreciation for Osimhen after the encounter.

“Help to thank Victor Osimhen oooo,” the journalist said after taking the photograph with Yamal.

The gesture provided a light-hearted moment following Barcelona’s 4-1 victory over Galatasaray in their UEFA Champions League encounter on Tuesday night.

According to Goal.com, Barcelona recovered from an early setback to secure the convincing win in Istanbul.

Alexey Batrakov gave Galatasaray the lead before João Cancelo equalized, while Fermín López, Anthony Gordon, and Karim Adeyemi scored in the second half to complete the comeback.

Yamal also played a key role in Barcelona’s attacking performance, providing assists as the visitors turned the contest around.

His contribution further underlined his importance to the Spanish club.

Osimhen, meanwhile, featured for Galatasaray against the Spanish giants.

The Nigerian striker had a goal ruled out for offside during the first half as Barcelona went on to claim all three points.

Although the result favoured Barcelona, the post-match interaction between Osimhen, Yamal, and Enejele offered a different talking point.
