Two civilians were allegedly killed by Pakistani security personnel in separate incidents in Balochistan, prompting human rights organisations to demand independent investigations and accountability for the reported deaths.The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) said 28-year-old driver Balakh Sher was killed in the Winder region on October 11 after personnel of Pakistan’s Coast Guard allegedly opened fire on him.
