Opposition asks NA Speaker to issue production orders of arrested MNAs

ISLAMABAD  –  The opposition MPs, on the first day of the session, refrained from staging pro­test inside the House as a mark for the late Mahmood Bashir Virk who passed away in the last month. How­ever, the joint MNAs members launched a protest against the recently imposed Gov­ernor’s Rule in the KP, by chanting slogans in the corridor and outer gate of the parliament building.

They termed the im­position of emergen­cy and Governor’s rule attack on their govern­ment and demanded to reverse the decision immediately.
