“Mark My Words, APC Won’t Have This Election 100 Percent” – Primate Ayodele
Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, in a video shared on Facebook on Wednesday October 14, 2026 has expressed uncertainty about the All Progressives Congress (APC) securing victory in the 2027 general election, warning that the ruling party should not assume that winning the election is guaranteed.
In his latest prophetic message, Ayodele stressed that he was not necessarily predicting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s defeat but maintained that the APC could not be certain of securing victory.
“Honestly, it’s not certain that APC will have this election 100%. I’m not saying Tinubu will lose, but mark my words, it’s not true certain,” the cleric said.
His statement suggests that, in his view, the ruling party should not take its chances in the forthcoming election for granted, despite its position as the party currently controlling the federal government.
Ayodele’s warning comes amid growing political activities ahead of the 2027 presidential election, with opposition politicians positioning themselves to challenge Tinubu’s administration. The election is expected to be an important contest for the APC as it seeks to retain the presidency for another four-year term.
The cleric has previously made several statements concerning Tinubu’s second-term ambition, including warnings about internal divisions within the APC and the potential influence of opposition figures.
In September 2026, Ayodele warned that the political bloc associated with former President Muhammadu Buhari might not support Tinubu’s re-election bid. He claimed that divisions within the ruling party could create difficulties for the president ahead of the election.
Ayodele has also made claims concerning alleged documents in the United States that he believes could affect Tinubu’s political future. In a warning reported on Tuesday September 1, 2026, he urged the president to be concerned about the possible release of the documents, claiming that they could threaten his second-term ambition.
In another warning, Ayodele alleged that American interests were prepared to confront Tinubu and claimed that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar could use the alleged evidence, alongside other factors, against the president.
