KP Governor Says Province Is Moving Towards Better Days
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi has expressed optimism about the province’s future, saying its people have come out of a tunnel and are now heading towards the light.
Speaking to reporters in Peshawar, Kundi acknowledged the challenges along the border but stressed that national interests would remain non-negotiable. He said those repeatedly issuing deadlines had already lost their credibility and reiterated that the people of KP were moving towards a brighter future.
The governor also assured that the concerns and proposals of the province’s residents would be taken into consideration. Responding to a question about his publicity, he said the arrangements had been made in Karachi and suggested that Islamabad would have been a more suitable location.
