Police say the suspect arrived at the store for an internal disciplinary hearing. He allegedly produced a gun, opened fire, killing three people before fleeing the scene.
Meanwhile, the retailer says it's working closely with the police and assisting with the investigation.
It says support is being provided to the families of the victims and staff members affected by the attack.

Police say the victims, aged between 26 and 32, were standing near a food stall when a grey vehicle pulled up, and two men opened fire from inside the car.
Private security company, Reaction Unit South Africa, says a taxi boss and a food stall owner were killed.
Rusa spokesperson, Prem Balram, says another taxi operator survived the shooting and was taken to hospital.
“When reaction officers and paramedics got to the scene, they established that three people were shot by a gunman in a vehicle that fled the scene minutes later.
“Two of the victims were pronounced deceased on scene a short while later, and a third person was expedited to a local hospital,” said Balram.
Balram says the survivor told emergency responders the men were sitting inside the informal food stall when the vehicle approached and the occupants opened fire.
Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots before seeing the vehicle speed away.
