Bishop Obinim’s Gateman Adongo Locks Wife Florence Out Of Her Own House — Says Oga Ordered It

In a shocking video that has left many Ghanaians talking, Adongo the gateman of Bishop Daniel Obinim has blocked Florence Obinim from entering their matrimonial home.

Eyewitnesses say Florence came to the house but Adongo stood at the gate and refused to open it. When asked why, Adongo insisted he was only acting on instructions from Bishop Obinim himself.

He did not allow her to enter, no matter how much she pleaded.

This latest drama is happening at a time when the marriage of Bishop Obinim and Florence is already in serious trouble. 

For months now, the couple’s 22-year marriage has been in the news. Reports say Bishop Obinim has already moved out of the family home and relocated to his mansion at Trasacco, saying he has no intention of returning. He has even said publicly that he will never return to his home with Florence. 

Their family issues got worse in September when Florence’s family reportedly returned the traditional drinks — a sign in Ghana that the marriage has ended. 

Now, this gate incident has added more fire.

On social media, many people are reacting angrily. Some say it is wrong for a wife to be sacked from her own matrimonial home. Others say if the Bishop has truly moved out, Florence should still have the right to stay in the house.

As it stands, Florence is still outside, Adongo is still holding the gate, and the marriage that once looked perfect is now playing out in public for everyone to see.
