Bawumia Improves Whiles Asiedu Nketia Is Performing Worse Than Mahama – Mussa Dankwah Drops New Poll

Executive Director of Global Info-Analytics, Mussa Dankwah, has shared fresh insights from his outfit’s latest polling data, comparing current voter preferences to the 2023 outlook.

In a Facebook post on Monday, Dankwah said pulling data from the system makes analysis more insightful when there is comparable data.

Pulling the data from the system makes you see everything and it makes the data a lot more insightful. Having comparable data makes you feel amazing, he wrote.

According to him, at this point in 2023, John Dramani Mahama (JDM) led Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia (DMB) 46% to 30%, with Alan Kyerematen polling at 11%.

Today, he revealed, Johnson Asiedu Nketia (JAN), if he is the NDC candidate, leads Dr. Bawumia 43% to 36%, with Alan at 1.7% and Kennedy Agyapong at nearly 4%.

JAN is performing worse than JDM at this point in 2023 and DMB is doing better compared to 2023 while Alan is performing worse, Dankwah explained.

He added that in the case of Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, the Majority Leader is doing better than JDM today against DMB, but Dr. Bawumia is also performing better now against Ato Forson than he did a few years ago against JDM due to the collapse of Alan’s support compared to 2023.

The analysis suggests a tightening race, with Dr. Bawumia improving on his 2023 numbers while potential NDC successors post lower leads than Mahama previously enjoyed.
