Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) and Stellantis have expanded their long-standing partnership to include advanced vehicle technology and product development. The companies have signed a definitive agreement that will combine Tata Motors’ vehicle architecture and technology capabilities with Stellantis’ global product development expertise. Announced on October 12, 2026, the agreement builds on a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed in February this year.
