Petrol price cut by Rs 2.71, diesel by 30 paisa per litre
Petrol and high-speed diesel prices in Pakistan have been lowered under the latest fuel price adjustment, with the revised rates taking effect from Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
Petrol now costs Rs392.66 per litre following a reduction of Rs2.71, while high-speed diesel has become 30 paisa cheaper, bringing its price to Rs396.82 per litre.
The latest changes come as the government implements a daily fuel pricing mechanism to reflect fluctuations in international oil markets more frequently. Rates are determined using a seven-day average of global prices, along with benchmark rates, premiums and other related costs.
