New York City Council set to pass bill banning Central Park horse carriages

Mayor Zohran Mamdani and City Council Speaker Julie Menin have reached a deal to phase out the Central Park horse carriage industry in less than two years, but horse carriage owners are vowing to fight. CBS News New York political reporter Marcia Kramer has the story.
