According to a report by Frabrizio Romano on Monday, October 12, 2026, Cristiano Ronaldo has continued his impressive goalscoring form for Al Nassr, finding the net for the second consecutive time since returning from the international break.

The Portuguese forward remains focused on helping his club achieve its objectives while pursuing one of the most remarkable individual milestones in football. With his latest goal, Ronaldo is reportedly up to 981 career goals, bringing him closer to the historic target of 1,000 goals.

Ronaldo has built his reputation over the years through his consistency, physical fitness and ability to deliver in front of goal. From his early days at Manchester United to his successful spells at Real Madrid and Juventus, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has continued to establish himself as one of football’s most prolific goalscorers.

His return to action for Al Nassr has once again attracted attention, particularly among supporters who are closely following his pursuit of the 1,000-goal milestone. Scoring in consecutive appearances after the international break also provides a positive sign for the Saudi Arabian club as it continues its campaign.

At this stage of his career, every goal carries additional significance because of the historic record within his reach. Although reaching 1,000 career goals will depend on his continued performances and fitness, Ronaldo’s determination to remain competitive has kept the possibility alive.

His influence also extends beyond the goals he scores. Ronaldo remains one of the most recognisable figures in world football, attracting attention from supporters across different countries and generations. His performances for Al Nassr continue to generate discussions about his longevity and his place among the greatest players in the history of the sport.

For now, the focus remains on his next appearance and whether he can maintain his current scoring run. With his career total reportedly standing at 981 goals, the Portuguese star needs 19 more to reach the landmark figure of 1,000.

As the season progresses, supporters will be watching closely to see how quickly he can close the remaining gap and whether he can achieve another historic milestone in his extraordinary career.
