Content creator Afroblueriss expands business interests through spa

Nigerian content creator and entrepreneur Joy Happiness Ogbonna, known as Afroblueriss, is combining her entertainment activities with ownership of Happy Luxe Spa and plans to explore additional business opportunities. Nigerian entertainer and entrepreneur Joy Happiness Ogbonna, popularly known as Afroblueriss, is pursuing opportunities beyond digital content creation as she develops her existing business interests and considers future ventures in technology, consumer products and beauty. Ogbonna, born on June 15, 2003, in Lagos, is from Onicha Igboeze in Ebonyi State. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University (LASU), an academic background that aligns with her interest in entrepreneurship. She currently operates a small business and owns Happy Luxe Spa. She also plans to explore additional commercial ventures, although she has not announced a specific new business or launch date. Her longer-term objective is to establish a business that supports people from remote parts of Nigeria and helps them access opportunities that might otherwise be difficult to reach. “I am pretty proud of my education background , i obtained business admin from the university of lasu and i want to start a business that will help people like me that came from the remote part of Nigeria,” Ogbonna said. She identified technology, consumer products and beauty as possible areas for future investment, adding that she would share more information when the time is right. A Business Mindset Beyond Content Creation Ogbonna’s entrepreneurial interests developed alongside her involvement in entertainment. She began dancing at the age of five and later started sharing skits online, gradually attracting followers and making connections through social media. While content creation introduced her to a wider audience, she has also developed an interest in building businesses beyond the entertainment space. Her ownership of Happy Luxe Spa provides a current example of her efforts to establish commercial interests alongside her creative activities. Ogbonna believes entrepreneurship requires more than an interest in making money. In her view, business planning and the right mindset are important components of long-term financial growth. “I am passionate about business because I believe you can only become a multimillionaire if you have a business plan and mindset to match,” she said. She has not disclosed financial figures, revenue targets or expansion plans for Happy Luxe Spa. Wellness as a Business Priority Wellness is central to Ogbonna’s stated business interests. She believes young people and people on average incomes should be able to afford opportunities to relax and manage the pressures associated with everyday life, including economic conditions and environmental factors. Her ownership of Happy Luxe Spa aligns with this interest in wellness and service delivery. Ogbonna said she wants her business to provide good services while contributing to a broader appreciation of personal well-being. Although she has not announced a specific wellness initiative or detailed business model, affordability and accessibility feature in her stated outlook on the sector. Education and Long-Term Development Ogbonna’s bachelor’s degree in Business Administration provides an academic foundation for her interest in entrepreneurship. She has also identified continuous learning as an important part of her personal and professional development. She said she wants to become a more patient and effective listener while improving her ability to support people around her. She is also interested in helping teams solve problems, maintain a growth mindset and develop their capabilities. Her charitable activities reflect another aspect of her interest in supporting others. Ogbonna recalled purchasing food for homeless people as her first experience supporting a charity-related cause. She said the experience encouraged her to continue donating to people in need weekly or monthly. Future Business Opportunities Ogbonna has not announced a formal launch date for any additional business. For now, she intends to continue developing her existing ventures while exploring opportunities for expansion. She is also interested in collaborating with lifestyle, fitness and entertainment brands, potentially creating opportunities to connect her business interests with her online presence. As her entrepreneurial activities develop, her stated priorities include business growth, wellness, continuous learning and creating opportunities for people from underserved communities. Tags:
