Bibiani Gold Stars CEO Kwasi Adu handed three match ban and GH¢10,000 fine

Bibiani Gold Stars Chief Executive Officer Kwasi Adu has been banned for three matches and fined GH¢10,000 by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Disciplinary Committee over misconduct during and after his club’s Ghana Premier League match against Accra Hearts of Oak.

The committee found Adu guilty of entering the inner perimeter without authorisation, verbally assaulting match officials and making post-match comments that brought the game into disrepute.

The ban takes immediate effect, while the fine must be paid within 14 days of notification of the decision. The committee has warned Adu that any further misconduct could attract more severe sanctions.
