Follow Daily Mail Sport’s live coverage for the latest updates as Manchester United travel to Atletico Madrid and Arsenal host Lille in the Champions League.

Timber crosses again and the unmarked Mikel Merino heads straight at Lille goalkeeper Berke Ozer.

Bruno Guimaraes should have put Arsenal 1-0 up!

Great football in the build-up as Noni Madueke slides the ball through to Jurrien Timber.

Timber's cutback finds the unmarked Guimaraes, who can only send his effort wide of the target.

It came to him quickly, but the Brazilian has his head in his hands. He knows he should have done better.

Atletico Madrid have decided to calm things down.

Those couple of dangerous Manchester United counters have scared them into slowing down their game by quite a bit.

Hopefully they spring back into life soon because this has been a joy to watch.

Nearly an embarrassing moment for David Raya!

The Arsenal goalkeeper looks to roll the ball into the path of Declan Rice, but nearly presents it to a Lille attacker.

Rice does well to hold onto possession under pressure.

Manchester United seem to have come alive.

It's been a very promising few minutes, with Marcus Rashford now latching onto a superb ball from Lisandro Martinez. But the winger can't quite sort his feet out to get a good effort away.

This game has changed in the flip of a coin – from nowhere.

Myles Lewis-Skelly, who is playing at left back tonight, sends a low cross into the Lille box which is stabbed away by a defender.

Arsenal come again down the left flank with Eze, who lays the ball off for Bruno Guimaraes to drive goalwards. The midfielder's effort is blocked.

How has Bryan Mbeumo not scored there? I can't believe it.

The winger nutmegs Cristian Romero, and then you think Man United are about to equalise out of nowhere.

But no, his strike takes a nick and trickles past the post. So, so close.

Marcus Rashford's first involvement is… well, not great.

The winger looks like he is free down the right but then Marcos Llorente hunts him down and gets the tackle in.

It shows that they could do damage on the break, though, United. A decent avenue for them with the pace they have.

A hefty old challenge from Ngal'ayel Mukau after the Lille midfielder miscontrolled.

Gunners fans seem to have forgotten that Lille midfielder Nabil Bentaleb previously played for Tottenham. It was a while ago granted, but not one boo heard yet.

Atletico just look frighteningly good on the break.

One ball over the top seems to be the way, and every single one they produce has this Man United backline in a spin.

Alejandro Grimaldo is inches away from getting to the latest, but can't reach for it in time.

Well, let's hope it carries on like this.

Eze looks to craft a chance on the edge of the Lille area, but the French side scramble it away… then they are off on the attack themselves.

Bakwa gets free down the right flank but sees his shot blocked as he cut in onto his left.

The loose ball then sends Arsenal back on the attack. End to end for a few moments there.
