92-year-old man beaten to death in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating after an elderly man was found beaten to death on Monday evening, Oct. 12.

Police identified the man killed as Larry Salisbury, 92.

According to police, Salisbury was found injured inside a home on Archery Drive around 6:30 p.m. He was suffering from injuries that they say are consistent with blunt-force trauma.
