A MAGISTRATE blasted the State prosecutor for failing to properly explain the case as three accused appeared in court yesterday for the alleged murder of 17-year-old Hout Bay learner Amiena Swano.Denroy Pockpas, 36, his mother, Christine Pockpas, 59, and her boyfriend, Ifraam Silver, 49, appeared in the Regional Court Division of the Wynberg Magistrate’s Court, facing charges of murder and defeating the ends of justice.
