Punjab sets target of 10m registrations for youth games 2026-27

LAHORE – The Pun­jab government has set a target of 10 millions student registrations for the Punjab Youth Games 2026-27, directing public and private schools to ensure students’ participation in the sporting event by November 5, 2026. School heads were instructed to personally monitor registrations, while physical education teachers (PETs) and other teachers will assist students and parents throughout the process. The Education Department has directed chief executive officers (CEOs) Education to achieve their re­spective school registration targets, with deputy commissioners tasked with supervising the campaign at the district level.
